Skywatch Ministries Inc – Ministry Report of Nepal 2005
Trip made by Brother Don and Sister Ann to Kathmandu, Nepal to visit the church, His Sanctuary, under the Pastorship of Brother Kishor and his wife, Sister Rekha.
June 10th – June 20th 2005

Monday
About 40 people came today including Brother Silas Rizal and his wife. We stated to praise the Lord in the spirit again. Sister Ann gave a word, The Lord spoke of pride and worry being an idol in their lives and that the Lord is a jealous and he is the only living God. Sister Sabitha saw she was taken to the heavens and the Lord showed her the sun and the sky and He told her he made them. Then he took her to the waters and showed it to her and told her the same thing…that he made them. Even the beach, He said he made the molecule of sand and that He is God. Then Brother Don continued his teaching.

So many people came forward to be prayed for. One 12 year old girl wanted to receive the Lord and John witness and led her to the Lord. Many wanted prayer for healing of the head and how heavy they felt. They did not have an understanding about spiritual warfare and how to pray over themselves in tongues and how to pray the blood of Jesus over them. The sister who yesterday came and was afraid of her husband came today and was so joyful. We asked her what happened yesterday with her daughter's birthday celebration and she said after the party, her husband asked about the Tikka and she said the celebration is over and we do no need it. And so he left the matter alone and she was so glad the Lord helped her in this. She saw that she did not have to compromise her faith and the Lord saw to it to keep her from being beaten by her husband.

Tuesday
In the morning, we went to Brother Silas Rizal's house and met with all the family. We shared the love of God and talked about God's love and His forgiveness. We talked about Upah and Julian's child, Mercy and how it would be so good to hear a little child's voice running through out the house. We encouraged them to pick up the Bible and study the word of God even more. The Lord has blessed them and we saw how years back, they were so poor but how now they have abundance.

We left and returned back to the hotel with John and his wife Glory. Had lunch with them and then headed towards the church. We prayed in the Spirit and then Brother Don started his teaching. He taught and showed about the light and how the darkness is out there to steal, kill and destroy us and how we have to be on our guard. He also thought about how the darkness would use anything even little children to distract us. The people seem to have an understanding of what was being taught.

After the bible study, we went to a Sister's house to pray for her family and her husband who is in Afghanistan.. We ate and then left to return back to the hotel.

Brother Don and I then became sick. I felt sick first. Then the maids came in to turn our beds down and Sister Nanu was there. Bro. Don asked her if she knew what medicine to take for what I was going through and she said she knew and asked us to give her a couple of minutes. She went out of the room and came back in with a towel on her head and told Bro.Don that the only medicine she knew was prayer and that the only doctor she knows is the Lord Jesus Christ. So she started to pray for me. It was amazing that the Lord had sent His handmaiden (servant) to pray for us. Praise the Lord. I felt 100 times better after her prayer. Sis. Nanu told us not to worry and that the Lord had already healed me. Then she left. As I slept through the night, it was Bro. Don who then fell sick.

Wednesday - Friday
The next day, we both felt really weak and stayed in the hotel for the rest of the day praying against the forces of darkness at work and thanking the Lord for our healing. And so could not go to Church to complete the Bible study about fighting the forces of darkness. Bro. Kishor called and told us the members still came and stayed and prayed for us. We canceled our flight back to Malaysia as we knew we were not going back until we felt well and knew we were to return victoriously and not defeated.
